FleishmanHillard International Communications (FH) is seeking to recruit an experienced, passionate and proactive communications consultant with strong social media and digital skills to join and lead its growing Social & Innovation team for a maternity cover.  FH is part of one of the world’s largest communications agencies, bringing clients fresh thinking, strategic expertise and creative power for authentic, break-through communications. Client Director (Maternity Leave Cover)

Immediate for 6-8 months

Relevantexperience and qualifications:

  • Track record leading client teams; agency experience an advantage
  • Experience in devising social strategies for brands across all platforms that support commercial objectives
  • Experience providing senior strategic advice and counsel to clients, develop plans and overseeing activation of plans for clients
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current social media landscape (national and international) and familiarity with emerging social platforms/trends
  • Experience in creating and executing content calendars for brand and corporate clients (experience with healthcare clients an advantage)
  • Ability to shape tone and content according to specific brand personality and client requirements
  • Experience in managing the production of content
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to set and meet KPIs for individual campaigns
  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr etc.
  • Experience in creation of paid social strategies and execution of same – including audience mapping, detailed targeting and ongoing campaign optimisation
  • Analytics experience and ability to create comprehensive reports on completed campaigns
  • Experience of working with international brands on creating social strategies for multiple market an advantage
