In early 2017 Fleishman Hillard worked with client Kerry – The Taste & Nutrition company, to rollout LinkedIn Elevate, an employee engagement platform across the company. Following a hugely successful launch, which saw Kerry win a LinkedIn EMEA Marketing Award, the next challenge was to continue providing relevant content for employees to engage with.
Given the breadth and depth of the Kerry offering, there is always news to share regarding food and beverage. However we wanted to share more of the company activity too – how Kerry is at the forefront of innovation and part of exciting new trends. One of the ways the company showcases this is through their work at international industry congresses. Throughout 2017, we accompanied Kerry to some of these events, creating fast turnaround video of daily highlights and on the ground interviews with key Kerry personnel. By hosting on LinkedIn Elevate, we were able to bring the essence of the event to employees company-wide and empower them to become brand ambassadors by sharing on owned channels.
The videos produced by FH on the ground at FML and other key congresses generated thousands of views on the Kerry YouTube channel and were shared widely among employees – in turn being viewed by the employees’ own social connections and creating a ripple effect of brand and product awareness for Kerry.
